		<description>There is a button the size of the tip of a paperclip that you have to use to reset. This is usually on the bottom or side of the unit.

I would say to save the router info but w/o the security key, you can&#039;t.</description>

		<description>Hello, It should be under the router unless someone else set the router up. To do a hard reset which means you&#039;ll lose all your router settings you just press and hold th button on the back of the router for 10 or 20 secs. You will see the lights change once it&#039;s reset. PimpMyPc</description>
