I am considering buying a Fujitsu Siemens Amilo Li 2727 T2370 2GB 15.4″ Laptop. I have heard that this will not run WoW with the default graphics settings, how do i change the graphics?? and what should i change them to??

go to options and you will probably see video settings and graphics, put them to the lowest, and really you should get a hp, lenovo, or dell.
You will be okay, graphics wise. It will run it.
You cannot change graphics in laptops :-(.
