no, to have wifi, wou need an antenna, not a program, and you cannot buy wifi antennas
The wifi is hardware related, so you cant just install some program to make it work

No. If the phone doesn’t come with Wifi on it, it cannot get it, because you would need an antenna to receive the Wifi signal. A regular cell phone antenna will not work to get Wifi signal. Also, if a cell phone did have Wifi, they would include programs to get onto Wifi, otherwise it would be a waste of time and battery life to include Wifi.
