Ya, there is a box that you can buy that hooks up to your Internet Connection, so oyu can watch TV from anywhere in the World where you have a broadband or DSL connection. I think it is call slingo or something. Just for your network, you can buy a TV Tuner for a desktop conencted to the network and use some Network Administration software that allows you to see the other computers desktop.
You need to realize that anything that can be transmitted over a wired network can also be transmitted over a wireless network.
It’s all IP based. The only difference is the speed of the connection.
