I have an inspron 1420. I normally can pick up wifi in my house all the time it is slow but hay. yesterday the weather started to change I live in south west PA so the weather can be snowy rainy cold warm at this time of the year. Now yesterday I was on my computer using wifi like a hot kind of thing. and now it is very hard to connect to the wifi some times i cant at all If i go out side I get a good single but I always have got a ok single inside before called dell very little help is their something i can do to fix the wifi si their a program that can help why couldn’t dell fix it



You didn’t mention if this is YOUR wifi network or if you’re using someone else’s. Sounds like your using someone else’s.
If it’s not yours, then the signal you’re using isn’t strong enough to get into your house. Either you’re not getting the same signal you used to, or the weather affects the distance the signal can be transmitted.
Dell can’t fix it because it’s not their problem.
Weather conditions does have major effect on wireless signals, and that is likely whats going on. You may wait a few more days for improvement, or you can try uninstalling and then re-installing your wifi drivers. Also, try inserting a second wifi card or usb wifi, and see if there is difference in signal quality.
