Net send program for wireless network?

Hello, I liked the net send utility from Windows 2000, and heres the scenario: my vista is directly (wired connected) to a my wifi router and four laptops use the router as a WAP, I was wondering if there was a utility that could send messages to these as well as remote shutdown them?
