I’m looking for an attractive, slim, and sleek generic wireless tablet with embedded Windows XP to run a program for controlling my home. The table must have WiFi capability, and not be clunky. Any brands/models out there that you recommend?

You might try the Sony units like the Sony UX380N UMPC

Or the older 280 if you really want XP
or the Samsung Q1s

You can find some good deals on them on Ebay – (Be careful some aren’t all that good of a deal!)
Both are small and have decent capabilities.
I personally like the Fujitsu units but they are full tablets.
