Is there any possible way to slow this decharging down?
BTW, I have a Labtech wireless keyboard and mouse.

Yeah – don’t spend so much time on the computer.
I have trouble with my mouse always eating batteries, but the keyboard batteries last about a year. The mouse eats a set of batteries every 2 weeks.
Possibly because you have low powered batteries? Look on the side of the battery – it should have some numbers. 800mAh is low, 2400mAh is high.
If you have the 800′s, then get some new batteries – and make sure they are 2400mAh or better.
