Where or when to find a Laptop with best current technology in it.?

I gathered these from multiple stores, and i added the best options from each laptop, so far i couldn’t find a laptop that just has all best options. Talk about prices reaching above $5000! for just 1 or 2 differences from other laptops that cost 1/2 less. If i wanted to spend more than $2000 on a laptop i’d rather get all the best current technology in it, any help with that? I don’t play games, I just need it for multitasking and 1080p video via H.264 .mkv files, and for 3D medical simulation programs. I hate over heating laptops, and ones that lag when a few tasks are open. Anywhere I could find such a thing that also ships international?

You will not find what you are looking for ready built. You will need to custom order it to spec, and have your wallet ready… Mine cost over 3g, but well worth every dime!
