Check and see if you can pass the network test now. if you still can't and you have a software firewall on you pc try disabling it (not permanently, just for 5 min or so to check and see if it is the firewall that is stopping you from connecting to the network.) If it works now than go to the Nintendo site and look up what ports you need to open. Hope this has helped. Happy Gaming and a Happy New Year.
