Wifi WPA-Personal (TKIP) Lost Password?

I have a WPA-Personal encryption wireless network and i lost my password for it that i wrote on a piece of paper. i have a laptop with the wireless password for said network saved onto a Intel PROSet wireless program but i do not know how to retrieve it. i really do not want to reset my router and i know my laptop has the password on it because i am still able to access the internet through said wifi network. is there anu way i can find my password on the laptop and use it for other wifi devices, such as ipod touch.

No. You need to log into the router as described in the manual. Go to wireless security and read the key. Many handheld devices and consoles will not work with WPA, you may need to change to WEP.

go to http://192.168.0.1/ from your laptop and you can log into the router’s browser based management console
