I want to be able to hook up a PSP to a computer and/or laptop and be able to download straight from the web without having to have wifi. Can this be done? Also is there any software that can be used to help me with this problem. It is not like they do not want me to use it. I am able to use it on my laptop. The reason it is restricted is because before you can use the WiFi, the system must do a check for anti-virus software. Since my iPod Touch does not have any anti-virus software, I cannot get past it. Can someone help me to get past this little problem? My desktop PC will sometimes lose the connection to my WIFI router. I can be surfing the web and suddenly any page I connect to will time out. I still show an excellent connection between my PC and router. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software for my USB WIFI adapter on my PC. The router is a Linksys WRT54GC and it’s been updated to the latest firmware. My PC connects to the router via a Linksys WUSB54G using the latest firmware. I have another laptop that connects wirelessly to the same router but I experience zero issues. I think this eliminates the router being bad. My PC is an old HP running WXP SP2 loaded with the latest security updates and patches. Ad-aware loaded with the latest build. Help? Hi have a Sierra Wireless Compass 885 USB Modem With AT&T. I hope someone can help me be able to hook it up to free wifi signals like at McDonalds. It will just picks up paid net signals. Is there a software or something to pickup free wifi signals. thanks for the help. I am in UAE and the calling rates here are too expensive .I want a software for my mobile so that i can call at low rates . I can use wifi but need a VOIP software Any Wifi Card need to installed? Or any software has to be downloaded? After upgrading to the iPhone 3.0 software, my iPhone stopped picking up my home wifi network. Other people’s iPhones are able to use the wifi network, just not mine. I have a very old laptop. It’s a Windows 95. I have a Wifi card but I don’t have a disk for it, so I have no idea how to install its software onto the laptop. I have a Wifi hotspot at home. Please help me. Our primary need is to provide wifi service to about 18-20 acres in a 1400 x 600 feet (427 x 183 meters) area. Tree foliage is very dense above 10-12 feet. Below 10 feet, tree trunks and other objects obscure about 20-60% of overall line-of-sight @ 200-300 feet in any direction. 60-100% obscured beyond 300 feet. There’s almost no demand from customers, so this is just a low-budget experiment. What type of indoor/outdoor hardware would you recommend? What software would you recommend that would allow us to charge the customer for access? Is there any trick, hack, or any free software that will help access internet through locked WiFi port for an IPhone or Laptop? If you got any answer then please share it here. Thanks. what could be the problem to this?is it the wifi device or the laptop software? I connected my wifi adapter to my pc and downloaded the software, but my DS lite will not find a signal why? The more modern smart phones/cell phones today such as the Apple iPhone, RIM Blackberrys, HTC Smartphones, Nokia Smartphones, Samsung Smartphones and many others brands now have internet radio capability, be it via WiFi or via data streaming from the cell phone service providers network. However, I cannot seem to find a radio station that streams live broadcasts of sports games, be it NHL, MLB or other major sports leagues. Does anyone know of an internet radio station that broadcasts live hockey games, preferably games of the Toronto Maple Leafs? I know about half of the smart phones today also have FM radio capability. However, most North American cities have news, talk, sports on AM and music on FM. However, most smart phones today offer only internet radio or internet radio + FM radio only. Here are some examples of the radio stations that broadcast live sporting events: HOCKEY BASEBALL As you can see, as of 2010, most live sports broadcasts are done on the AM radio band. Most smartphones get internet radio or internet radio + FM radio. How can I listen to live sports on internet radio via my smart phone? The webcast site is great is you are listening to the game on your computer while working though :) I know Sony Ericcson has made cell phones with both AM & FM radio capability like the Sony Ericcson Music R300. Too bad none of the smart phones today, made by any of the manufacturers have AM radio capability built in. I have reset the network and the ipod touch and updated the software it still says no wifi and I can’t click on wifi in the general settings or network settings. |
