I do not have a wireless router yet, have an ABG laptop and 2.4ghz cordless phones. I have a small distance between where the router will be placed and the laptop, so I’m not too worried about range. I just want to use the 802.11a bandwidth. I wonder if it is user-selectable [...] I recently bought a small wireless camera and receiver but the receiver was damaged, I was thinking that since my laptop has WiFi that perhaps it might be able to work on the 2.4GHz band and work like a receiver. I guess that would require a program to display the signal data, much like a [...] what range or radius what is a better solution to it? Thanks I was thinking of buying a wireless security camera, but would I receive interference from internet/phones? |
