With the 3.0 software out and the new wifi capabilities, does anyone think it would be possible to create an application that is an internet browser?

plz suggest me some wifi password hacker software.. i’m not able to connect to the router.. plz I want to purchase this one: I can’t… Everything is working fine, I can access wii shop, forecast and news etc. But when I go to brawl wifi connection… it says error 20100….
