i am mostly going to use it with my PS3? in terms of spec These are the options I have for my router. When I change it, do I need to change anything else to function with it? Thanks for help! Because I’m trying to use Nintendo Wi-Fi and I always get error code 52003, which says “Unable to get IP address” and on the Nintendo Wifi Support site one option is to turn of the security program off. I try to exit by right-clicking the icon on the tray, but even if I exit on that, [...] I got DSL yesterday and its really slow. I am thinking that the wireless router has something to do with it. Is it a factor? Can a better router improve my speed at the computer? Or if not what are some tips to improve speed? Thanks! I have two desktops and one laptop connected to my router. I’ve noticed problems with going off line a lot and thought maybe it was the old router. Thank you I am planning to get the game bundle for my kids for christmas, and having second thoughts about the wireless one. Does the wireless go through batteries very fast and how well does it stay connected while playing? Also will the guitar hero 3 work with the guitar hero2 game? how does it compare to dsl and cable service? is it available in the usa? i found the: Linksys – 802.11g Wireless Router on best buy.com, and i haven’t found any products better than this router under 100 dollars, does anybody know of a better router? Can you tell why ? :] ty and if there is other than WPA and WAP ^^ If my modem uses 802.11b, but my wireless network router is 802.11g, what happens? Again, thanks! I have a wireless g laptop and a wireless n router. i am using a wireless n card. it goes faster with g router. is there a possible way to hack or something to make the wireless g laptop go faster with wireless n router? Please help I currently have a 2 yr old MS 802.11b wireless router, WEP enabled with 1 notebook and 2 desktops connected wirelessly. I typically get 30-40% slower internet download speeds than the speed I get from any of the pc’s hardconnected to the cable modem. I noticed that when a pc is hardconnected to the router, [...] The computer would be keep in a stationary or does not leave the ether city’s mobile broadband range. So if I were to have wireless, it would be coming from upstairs and around the corner, because my 360 is downstairs. But drilling a hole and using a wire would be no problem for me. Also, a guy I know said that Wired is about 90 times faster than wireless. He also said that [...] All my computers have wireless G adapters. If I replace my current wireless G router with a wireless N router, will I have an increased range or is this feature only available to wireless N adapters? Thanks! |
