i preferably want to be able to get on to the internet wherever – can i do this when a mobile has wifi?

I asked this question before but now I am clarifying. I noticed there are a few differences between these two laptops, and they are VERY similiar. I want to buy one of them, but I am not sure WHICH one to get because of the slight differences. Which one would be the *better* choice in [...] Espacially in interference.. Thanks in advance!
