Why is that so, since both use the same modem? I’m trying to get my desktop and laptop on my wireless network using the mac filter…i can get my laptop to work but not the desktop. I can’t use the WEP because of my adaptor on the desk top…is it possible to use both using the mac filter? and get fast wireless internert net? this is the USB i want D-link WUA1340 Wireless-G 54Mbps USB 2.0 Adapter I want to get the Clear Wimax network but i don’t want to pay extra for both the mobile and the home connection if I can just connect my mobile USB to my desktop and still be able to use the internet.
