I’m not sure if this is a fast speed or not, it seems like it should be, but more often that not my internet acts slugish and seems to be running extremely slow.

we have a standard microsoft router. and we pay for the 60$ a month internet from cox which is faster than their premium service even. its 25mbps download and 2.5mbps upload. however our internet does not seem much faster than when we paid for the 45$ internet. could this be our router only allows it [...] whats a good speed that would support two computers both playing online games?
