 I’ve been looking for any software, and i mean software not hardware, that can help me change the default of my wifi antenna, i heard that its default its only the 50% and i want 100% Say if i were down the street from my house, would it still work then from the wifi router at my house? i am using 802.11g USB wireless adaptor with 1 m cable i can’t find any network in range? how to find a wireless network, is there any way to boost its power? If a wifi transmittor from an omni antenna has a 50meter range, how much might that be reduced by a brick wall in that direction. I mean would it reduce it to say 30meters the other side of the wall, or not that much? If suggesting an antenna please be specific with model.
