 I just bought an Xbox Live Wireless Router. Problem is, it won’t connect to the internet. I have a Netgear router that I know it CAN work because it is Xbox Live certified and it once worked when it was attatched to a long ethernet cable. Now when I go to the wireless settings it [...] Is it morally wrong to log onto someone else’s wifi network? I read awhile back about politicians and lobbyists talking about writing laws against using someone else’s internet, but it never came to pass. I have a very good connection in my house and i leave my wifi unsecured. Why? Why not? I don’t use even [...] Isn’t WiMAX like the enlarged version of WiFi just with larger transmitters? I have an MHO Internet connection for Colorado and I seem to not be able install anything! I have an Emachine and no clue what model, but i have a broadcom 802.11 Wireless adapter and I can browse, download, but when it comes to installing the program, I can’t do anything about it. So far [...] I have an ATT Sierra Wireless USBConnect881G card. I works perfect and fast when I connect to the internet. However, After about 5 or 10 minutes,it slows down and finally it stops and i have to disconnect and reconnect to get my connection back. My signal strength stays the same when it does this so [...] It keeps asking me for this other kind of secuirty but then it doesnt work then I dignose the problem and I get this error message: “Windows could not automatically detect the correct security settings for this network” How do I get the wireless router on my windows vista to be a WEP 128 bit.
